About this website
This website provides information about our consultancy, programmes and related work. Any services, fees and contractual terms are agreed separately.
Unless otherwise credited, website content belongs to Azul Brillante or its respective rights holders. Reuse must respect applicable copyright and other intellectual-property rights.
Information we collect and why
When you contact us by email or through our enquiry form, we receive your name, email address and the information you choose to provide. We use this to respond, discuss possible work, arrange conversations and prepare proposals.
Where you request a proposal or other steps towards a contract, processing is necessary to take those steps at your request. For other professional enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding and managing business relationships.
Our hosting service also processes technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and website requests, to deliver and secure the website. Our legitimate interest is maintaining a functioning, secure website.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we need sufficient details to understand your request and contact you. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
We do not use enquiry information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Service providers and international processing
We use Squarespace for website hosting and enquiry forms, and Google Workspace for email and business communications. These providers process information as necessary to deliver their services, including through authorised service providers.
Information may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Applicable transfer arrangements include adequacy decisions, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where relevant, and European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can contact us for further information about the safeguards relevant to your information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry correspondence while the enquiry and associated follow-up remain active. Afterwards, we retain only information needed for a continuing business relationship, applicable legal obligations or legal claims within the relevant limitation periods.
Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to its processing.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing lawfully carried out beforehand.
To exercise your rights, email hola@azulbrillante.es. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity where necessary.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
